What's Included?
Workshop Sessions
There are eight interactive and experiential workshop sessions over the 5 days designed to cover a variety of advanced coaching techniques such as the innovative Coaching in Colour approach, Coaching with NLP and The 6Cs Model of Coaching Mastery, giving you the opportunity to practice and develop your coaching mastery in a small supportive group (Max 12) as well as time for personal reflections and growth.
All course materials will be provided.
The Session Timings and refreshments:
- Arrival day: Monday Welcome session 4.30pm – 6.30 pm followed by a 4 course dinner in the hotel’s restaurant
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday workshop days
9.30am – 1pm with mid-morning refreshments and 3 course lunch
Each day from 2pm onwards is your time to explore, relax and shop!

- Final Day: Friday
Closing session 9.30am – 12.30pm with mid-morning refreshments

This 5-star palace and spa was the summer residence of Grand Duke Francesco di Lorena and dates back to the 18th century. It is surrounded by an olive park leading up to the Pisan hills overlooking the leaning tower and still captures the charm and elegance of a ducal palace.
