Coach Development and Mentoring Programme
Do you want to be the best coach you can be?
If you are a qualified coach who wants to take their coaching to the next level then this is for you!
It provides Coach Development Training and Mentoring in line with the ICF Core Competencies to take your skills to a higher level.
What makes this programme different?
What makes this Coach Development and Mentoring Programme different is that I focus on nurturing you as a coach.
I teach and mentor you to hone and develop your coaching skills in non-directive coaching so that you become a more confident and accomplished coach whatever your niche.
You learn to let go of the need to rely on a particular set of tools and become a more flexible and intuitive coach.
At the same time we explore the Coaching Core Competencies in depth so that you know them inside out and can reflect them in your coaching to take it to a higher level.
N.B. It provides 40 hrs of Coach Specfic Training or 30 hrs of Coach Specific Training plus 10 hrs of ICF Mentor Coaching with an experienced ICF Master Certified Coach.
If you are interested in gaining or renewing your ICF Credential then this provides the necessary coach training hrs and mentoring.
I know many coaches are apprehensive about ICF – they would like to have the credential and the greater professional credibility that gives them, but have heard that it’s difficult to get. They’re worried that they won’t be good enough or experienced enough for mentoring, that they will embarass themselves or be told they’re rubbish as a coach.
I demystify it all and take you step by step through the process, and hold your hand if you need me to, so that you increase your coaching confidence and develop your coaching skills.
You will complete the programme with an enhanced belief in yourself as a professional coach, together with greater confidence to coach in any niche.
I use everything I’ve learned from my extensive experience and expertise as an ICF Master Certified Coach and Advanced Skills Teacher to give you the best coach development and mentoring.
Whether or not you are applying for your ICF Credential you will hugely benefit in further developing your confidence and coaching skills.

What coaches are saying about the programme…..
” Wow Cath! I am blown away by your incredible teaching and mentoring style. It is so lovely. So powerful. So informative. So supportive. So everything I would hope it would be. Like I said, I trusted you from the beginning, but to hear you at work confirmed my knowing about you and then some!”
Jennifer Powers MCC, CEO of Powerhouse Coaching and Coach Mentor
” I’m not really a worrier, but I did have some concerns that my style of coaching wasn’t going to tick the rigid boxes of the ICF standards. Turns out I needn’t have been concerned. You are direct and honest, have an amazing track record in coaching and mentoring. I could feel from the moment I met you that you wanted us to succeed, and you were totally willing to give us the depth and breadth of your lived experience to take away what could work for us and use it in our own way.
You met me where I was at and gave me the relevant and necessary feedback I needed to further develop my coaching skills. It’s funny, and this is possibly a very lame Mary Poppins analogy, but it was like you gave the medicine with the sugar – but we never saw the spoon! Bringing out the best in others is, I believe, your superpower Cath.”
Rhonda Crimes, Everyday Life and Leadership Coach, One of Many™ Certified Women’s Coach and Trainer
“At the beginning I was worried that my skills as a coach weren’t good enough and I had been getting things wrong and I was going to be exposed. You explained what was different between OOM and what ICF expected i.e. non directional coaching and provided the practical support, advice and feedback that I needed. You helped me to understand what was required to be a successful ICF coach and a successful coach for my clients and gave me the confidence to apply for my ICF Credential.”
Erica Stocks, Director, Fairway Coaching Consultant, One of many Certfied Coach
“I was privileged to have Cath as my mentor coach as I worked toward my ICF accreditation. In both the group and individual sessions Cath helped me gain additional clarity around my coaching skills, helping me recognize the skills and strengths I already possess as well as challenging me to the next level in my coaching competence. I appreciate her ability to balance a warm and encouraging approach with honesty around opportunities and areas to grow. I highly recommend Cath as a mentor coach for anyone looking to improve their coaching capabilities and/or prepare for an ICF accreditation”.
Julie Berndt, SHRM-Senior Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant – Good Samaritan Society at Sanford Health
“I signed up for mentoring with Cath to get feedback and guidance so I can improve as a coach. Cath showed me how to get to the bottom of what the client’s challenge really is, so they can get the most out of the coaching session. I feel so much more confident as a coach. I love how professional Cath is. I especially appreciated it when she was giving me feedback. She made sure to point out what I’m good at, and when she was coaching me on what I could do better I felt empowered and knew that Cath had every belief in me that I can do better. I was excited about my next coaching sessions with my clients to implement the strategies she taught me.
I wholeheartedly recommend Cath as an ICF mentor. If anyone is thinking about working with Cath, I’d say go for it. It will not only give you the mentoring required but also will make you feel so much better about yourself as a coach.
Cath is knowledgeable, professional, and has a great balance of being firm and yet compassionate. Thank you, Cath, for helping me on my journey to become the coach I always wanted to be.”
Ela Wassell, Truly Boldly You
“Thanks so much Cath! Your support and mentoring was absolutely brilliant and has made such a huge difference to my coaching skills”
Jen Goddard, Soulfire Coaching
“Cath is a thoughtful and powerful coach and mentor. She helped progress my coaching skills exponentially in a short amount of time. She is well-versed in International Coaching Federation principles and a master at teaching others how best to incorporate them into their coaching skills. I highly recommend working with Cath!”
Chelsea Behrens, Career Clarity Coach, Speaker and Consultant, Discovery & Design at Amperity
“I’d totally endorse working with Cath. Having worked with other ICF mentors and supervisors for years, it was Cath’s guidance that got me over the line to submit my application.”
Sarae Pratt, ICF PCC, Women’s Leadership Coach and Trainer
