Video: Your Business Communication – Confusion or Clarity?

You may or may not have seen this before but it illustrates something that is all too common……..

Now you probably don’t have conversations quite like this one but is your communication as clear as you want it to be? Do you ever have times when you seem to be talking at cross purposes and it gets frustrating and even annoying?

There is a saying in NLP ( Neuro-linguistic programming) that

“ the meaning of your communication is the response it gets”

and this means taking responsibility for the way your communication is received.

We tend to communicate in our own preferred way and that can be, and probably is, different from that of the people you are talking to.

If your message is not getting through to your audience as you would like it to, whether that be to one person or many, then maybe it is being delivered in a way that is not the way they need to get it.

The more you know about different communication preferences then the more persuasive and influential you will be.

If you’re not getting the response you want what you need to change so that you do? so that instead of confusion you always have clarity, unless you want to be like George and Condoleezza that is…….
