How Your Body Language Affects How You See Yourself

We know that our gestures and body language affect how others see us, but does it also change how we see ourselves?

My clients would say that it does because they see a huge change in how people respond to them when they use  the technique I teach called “Powerful Posture”. It is particularly effective for women leaders.

This is how and why works!

Have a look at this video clip to see lots of examples of how what social psychologist  Amy Cuddy calls   “power posturing” (standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don’t feel confident) can  have a significant impact on your chances for success.

Which examples of these postures do you use?

and which examples could you use to change your results?

Until next time,

With best wishes for your success,

Cath
